Hailing from Bristol—via London and Norway—the 20 year old DJ/Producer bolts out of the blocks with explosive A-side ‘Harrikane’: fizzing electronics and verb-drenched rave stabs seamlessly interweave over Kristi’s sharpened breakbeat.

Contrast is exquisitely explored with B1, ’In Transition’: a Balearic-tinged journey down the celestial autobahn. Playful acid leads bounce off rolling percussion at a cool 122bpm, that feels like it could gyrate forever.

‘Harrikane (B-Mix)’ is a suitably relentless closer: a bubbling Tech-House interpretation of its A-side counterpart, guaranteed to stimulate dance floors. A kinetic club weapon. A real jaw-clencher, if you will."

Very excited to announce my remix EP with the first single by emerging Eora Nation (Sydney) based producer/DJ @ahju_ahju_ahju!

In "Apophenia (AHJU remix)" AHJU plays with classic 90's UK breakbeat, with piercing high-synth stabs reminiscent of Sydney's vivacious hardstyle underground rave and party scene pre-lockdown. She also hones in on the distorted vocal chops of the o.g. track, moulding them into a high energy dance number ready for dance floors across Aus this coming Summer.

You can feel a pump of excitement. Energy rushes through your vascular muscles. You start to walk faster. You meet up to catch some Tracers. What are those? I don’t know. But I know that I like what I feel. Slow trickles and drops of mind-altering synths are topped with an introduction to what’s to come. Easy does it. 

It’s stormy out. Violent storms. The dictionary calls it a Tempest. But it feels alright. We’re in a good space, spaced out and not in each other’s space. Still getting ready for that very moment. It’s like those dreams where you fall and you fall and then you slowly drift onto a pillow of comfort. Yes, that’s what I feel. 

As we gently rest in the soft hard reality, It Keeps On Raining. But rain is good for nature and the soul is cleansed with inspirational triggers. We know what’s next. After party vibes before the party begins. That’s because there’s never an in between. It’s all part of this same program. 

You finally enter the new place in town. It’s called Post Nature. Immediate response. Speedy lights and smoke machines. Sensors on the ground. Darkened walls. You look left and right and give a nod of appreciation. They feel what you feel and I feel what I haven’t felt in a while. Let’s jump in this together. 

In the zone you realize reality is as real as it gets. What’s The Trouble, Bubble? Nothing, nothing at all. We’re proud of this particular moment, of this specific movement, of this very day and age. It has come, and we saw it coming all along.

Conscious electronic music collective Mistier continues to make strides into the beating heart of 2024, welcoming another stellar reimagination of one of its most notable records. Following well-received offerings from US-based house music stalwart OFFAIAH and Brooklyn’s Fonseca 72 & Anton Bass, Mistier sets its sights on the impending release of renowned Italian DJ, Producer and Label Boss Alex Kenji’s take on ‘Move With Me’

Captivating from the outset, Alex Kenji’s take on ‘Move With Me’ blends the popular sounds of percussive-driven rolling tech house with a pulsating plucked synth lead that modulates throughout the track’s journey. Orbiting the track’s central core are cleverly placed fills, widened atmospheric pads and huge space-creating FX, all tied together by the unmistakable, perfectly reverberated vocals of vocalist and songwriter Andre Mistier.
