Kissing Pavement

Over the course of seven years and like rarely any other band of their generation, Ritual demonstrated the liveliness of Hardcore in Germany and Europe. In the intensity of their music you could unmistakably hear what it still could mean to play in a band of punks in the new millenium: a deeply felt »NO« to all authorities and social constraints, which, in the end, cannot forever be escaped from – and at the same time a passionate life in the wolfpack. In other words: a momentum of youth, of friendship. A hand full of releases now points back to long days and nights in rehearsal rooms, studios and the stages of Europe: The band has released three albums and three 7“ singles, played over 300 concerts in 19 countries and thereby established a very own sound, which even today is remembered longingly.
