Basilica is back to finish summer 2023 off with a huge selection of carefully curated artists with the goal of bringing forth our favourite signature sounds of UK style Techno, Electro, Bass and more.

Basilica Blueprints Vol.2 carries on from our debut release compilation to bring a barrage of club functional and experimental pieces all wrapped under the banner of the Basilica ethos - trying to expand on the nuance and experimentation side of functional dance music fit for the club.

Balancing with drum heavy, rolling pieces combined with choppy and staggering beats, all designed to crush through a dancefloor, BBV2 has already cemented itself on the festivals and dancefloors of 2023, playing through Dekmantel, Blitz Club and many other iconic names, and the list is sure to grow.

"Apparatus“ is Rizla Ops’ debut EP on Voitax, a deeply personal creation born swiftly amidst the heartbreak of losing a close friend, Ollie Mazgaj. Crafted during a period of introspection, the EP became an anchor, the only thing that felt right in a world detached from the club and daily routine. 

Sonically diverse, "Apparatus“ explores techno, drill, amapiano, grime, and garage, maintaining a common thread of dissonance, functionality, and groove. The title track, „Apparatus, stands out as an outlier in Rizla Ops’ discography, featuring big melodic moments that capture the raw emotions of the artist at that particular time. Despite his usual preference for conveying ideas through rhythm and sound design, this EP marks a turning point, hinting at future experiments with melody and harmony. 

"Apparatus“ is more than a collection of tracks; it’s a sonic journey through genres, emotions, and personal growth—a testament to Rizla Ops’ dedication to pushing boundaries and creating immersive, thought-provoking electronic music.

Psychsomatic is three years' worth of experimenting with music for artist RALPH, alongside the fluctuation of personal creative states and the journey of the self. It explores the continual link between internal factors having a bearing on the external, creative imperfections and the need of letting go.
This culimates with four tracks that drift between dancefloor material and more abient listening, displaying the peaks and troughs of music and individual. Two remixes by Rizla Ops & Entrañas on the flip tie off the record; a gentle lilting towards both LITE's global palette and the UK clubland.

Alas, spring is finally here… and while we’re at it, so is MR007)) This latest endeavor, brought together by Entrañas, offers an inspired take on traditional Ecuadorian rhythms like Bomba and Albazo. Criaturas, as the name suggests, dives into various animalistic tendencies, showcasing them across five heavy-hitting tracks.

Sapo (frog), as described by the artist, is someone who likes to gossip. As a final scathing exclamation point for the project, Sapo joins us in two forms: the first being a 160 bpm tidal wave from Entrañas, and the second a grime-riddled remix from Rizla Ops. Both cuts employ various dancefloor tactics to stir movement inside and outside the booth, and we couldn’t imagine a better sonic marriage of label friends, both new and old. We’re particularly fond of the crescendo nature of both tracks as they warp through the speakers and are feeling lucky that they’ve found a home here at the Road
