This is a really old song of mine written back in 1998. It's not recorded very well, I had an old 8 track tape machine back then, but it's a fun song with a catchy hook. I play the banjo on this one, very hard instrument to play for me. I think my fingers were bleeding after the recoding! Charlie did a great job singing it. It's just not funny anymore, the conspiracy theories..the hate filled blogs and social media posts..the absurd rhetoric that passes for political discussion these days
It is hard enough for people to get along as it is (for reasons that are not clear to me) but this background noise is making it impossible to survive.
