BIO: We are 2 friends who came together after YEARS of successful radio needed a radio reset. We found it at first at WDZH, then WKHQ and NOW at the one of a kind WAIO aka Radio 95.1 FM in IHEART. Our show has always been one of gorilla marketing, the generation of new revenue and community minded radio who can do it all. We are a 2 person team (THATS IT) we plan edit produce and perform 20 hours of content per week on a Hot Talk Station. A show that is NOT limited to one format, spending decades on Top 40, Rock, CHR, Classic Rock and HOT TALK. It all starts with what comes out of the speakers and whether its a show geared toward Women, Men or BOTH we CAN and DO IT Daily.  Working daily allows us to have fun and expand relationships. Being your daily escape is our day to day BUT a #1 show that socially and revue wise is unbeatable all while keeping the HEART and SOUL aspect of who we are is our long term goal! 

 What We Do: We are a MULTI tier Show that believes (and has the stats and revenue to show)what comes out of the speakers is MOST IMPORTANT! On air connects and is the first impression. Then we build and create Social media dollars and Podcasting revenue. Then being SEEN out in the community (not just for a fee) but because it shows you care is essential all while being where your listeners are at create that magical mixture we call the RNJ effect. You must excel at all of these not some if you are to succeed in radio post pandemic!
