Melt by Ryo and Hatsune Miku is one of my favorite songs, and I love listening to it around this time of year, it makes me want to get up in the morning and run outside and be filled with warmth and positivity. In labels that treat music like a product with no soul. In the pressure to do everything alone - writing, producing, mixing, mastering, promoting. In how electronic music and club culture are changing.

And then I wonder: does anyone even need this? Why do I do it? Why am I still not good enough? Why can’t I sound like the artists I admire? How do I make money from this without selling out? How do I avoid ending up stuck in a job I hate?
