The first time you encounter Papyrus, he attempts to appeal to your humanity, but seeing as it doesn’t work, he dips into the STADIUM and waits for you there.
In the fight itself, Papyrus dawns a flying mechanical suit called the GIGADRIVE, similar to Iron Man and Transformers, to give other monsters time to evacuate while The STADIUM is undergoing lockdown. 
Papyrus GIGADRIVE isn’t that strong but the gimmick here is that Papyrus doesn’t give you a turn at all, so it’s more of a bullet hell-type fight similar to shoot ‘em ups like Touhou. (And you’re also on a timer to get out of the STADIUM before you are trapped forever.)

If any monster is spared before entering the STADIUM, Papyrus will not battle you.

NOTE: This probably isn’t a very conventional PoN replacement as I didn’t really know what to go for here, but taking the logic that Power of Neo itself is a remix of Battle Against True Hero, I decided to go with that base frame.

His nihilism has been weaponized into a burning desperation. Ideally, Sans would like to kill you on sight. However, due to his brother’s wishes to be the one to kill a human, and the elaborate puzzles he’s set up, he lets his brother attempt the job instead.
