Our 'summer never ends' approach to music comes to fruition once again, regardless of the weather outside and the calendar dates, as we unveil the newest seasonal compilation 'Winter Collective 02'.
We have both returning artists and new names to the label, providing 8 new cuts that will create a barrier between low temperatures and grey days, leaving you with the idea of hope that with the new year a new sun has arisen, too.

We're always happy to see new names get into the meloprog scene and we strive to push forward talent that shares our passion for the music. Having left a bit of a mark on the community already with his free tracks, released on our imprint a while back, Canadian native Aaron Dmitriew gets to finally shine on his first ever official release, the two-track combo 'In the ocean with you' & 'View of the stars'.
Fans of pure melodic progressive will rejoice as Aaron brings to the table the classic sound of yesteryears but keeping that modern flair, the crisp production techniques. Take a leap into the past but with your eyes looking forward with these two new amazing choons that will reminisce you of summer, sand and crashing waves at the beach. German mastermind Jan Martin has mentored a whole generation of melodic progressive style and he makes a classy return with his latest offering, 'Hold me down'.
From the slowly building atmosphere of the original with its intricate progressions, exquisite chords work and Jan's own vocals, this is another one for the books in its apparent simplistic beauty, exuding both warmth and melancholic power.
Completing the package are two different remixes from Japan's own Yusuke Teranishi, the first a vocal take on the original and the second his soon-to-be trademark 'Dawning' remix, excellent examples of melodic complexity and sun-drenched vibes, respectively.
Making an outstanding comeback, this is Jan Martin (with Yusuke Teranishi) and his romantic and bright 'Hold me down'.

In anticipation to his long-awaited artist album, Japanese artist Yusuke Teranishi treats us to another gem, 'Starry skies'. Give into the mellow, romantic sounds of the dusk as we gaze directly into the soul of the blue yonder. As expected, the original mix is an atmospheric melodic piece, mixing deep interwoven piano themes with solid rhythm and an uplifting and hopeful vibe. Mesmerizing. The package is completed by two wonderful remixes by Netherlands-based talent Vince Forwards, which strips his production to a meditating piece with a haunting breakdown and US meloprog wizard, Z8phyR, that brings forth a rendition that exudes warmth and joy. Close you eyes and open your senses with the lovely new 'Starry skies' by Yusuke Teranishi, backed by Vince Forwards and Z8phyR.
