Love Had Other Plans

Guided by his unfaltering love for the sounds of good ol’ Country, Rob E Knowles sonic palette lies at the intersection of heartfelt vocals and compelling storytelling. Having been entangled with the genre since his earliest years, the 21-year-old is now looking to find his place in the scene that he loves so much.
Pivoting around superb guitar riffs, charismatic vocal lines, strong narratives, and catchy harmonies, his classic Country sound stays unique to him while still paying homage to the traditions that make the genre so special to many.
Growing up, Rob E Knowles' household was filled with the sounds of Country music. He constantly found himself singing along with Toby Keith, Luke Combs, Morgan Wallen, Cody Johnson and others, with these early days cementing his admiration for the sounds of the genre. However, it wasn't until the age of sixteen that he began to try his own hand at songwriting. He went on to write 'We'll Never Stop Fighting', a track that aimed to raise money for cancer support and research, Rob and his brother Dylan raised over $10,000, while also making some treasured and respected friends along the way.
Rehabbing a college baseball injury, coupled with the pandemic bringing the world to a standstill gave him time to finally delve into the world of songwriting. He discovered a true passion for the creative process, with the result being a completion of a 5-track EP that was released in February 2022. Look for more music in 2023.
