In Ireland, we have a tradition of lighting a candle for someone who is struggling, or to remember loved ones. Kept well, the flame shines bright to remind us of them. Light A Candle is that sentiment, but also  a song to remind us of those who are away, but we expect to return..... in this life or the next.

This is a Demo I've been working on for some time. It's a sentimental Ballad with feeling and message. It's not perfect, It's not finished, I'm fighting emotions and energy to get it done.

My house
is just a few walls made of concrete
gray everywhere, from floor to ceiling

Climbing frames like prisons
Rats …running across the grass
