Japanese producer Ryunosuke Hayashi a.k.a. boys be kko is set to release his 2nd EP on Applescal's Atomnation records, titled Home Run Bat.

boys be kko produced 3 beautiful emotive tracks for Home Run Bat, the follow up of his Big Boys Don't Cry EP. Influenced by the disco, house and melodic-techno genres, boys be kko makes jams and sound designs on Japanese manufactured synths/machines, later perfected in uplifting arrangements with superb mixdowns. The tracks contain many layers, vocal chops and noises - unburdenedly handled with care. Home Run Bat is an EP that continues where Big Boy's Don't Cry left off, yet, it showcases another dimension in when it comes boys be kko's diversity and sound palette.

The first track on the EP, Oreinspotting, stretches its run-time past 5 minutes and is carried by a vocal that gives a magical touch to the track - something you may have heard before in music from Traumprinz - it's a hear-felt ride that shines in its arrangement, harmonies and sound effects. The cover art is made by boys be kko's "special creative team" - designer Hiroki Kato (PLUSTIC), and photographer Mitsuru Nishimura. Home Run Bat is out September 27th on Atomnation Records.

A veteran of the house scene in Mexico and now living in Berlin, recently signed and supported by Damian Lazarus, Robbie Akbal is a DJ, producer and label owner. Not only the founder of the widely respected label, Akbal Music, Robbie has also been signed to several highly respected labels like Crosstown Rebels, Get Physical, Culprit, Kindisch, Sol Selectas, Selador and No.19.
His music has been supported recently by: Anja Schneider, John Digweed, M.A.N.D.Y. + many more to name . He has worked in the studio with great producers such as Audiofly, Namito, Alejandro Mosso, Kiki,  Aidan Lavelle, Dance Spirit,  Shall Ocin and with amazing vocalists like Cari Golden, Shawni and Ay Sarita. He has been remixed by Luca Bacchetti, Armen Miran, Elfenberg, Floyd Lavine, Sascha Dive, Andre Homenn & more.
