Stefano Crabuzza is a young DJ and producer from Sardinia who has released razor-sharp grooves on tastemaker labels like Dennis Cruz's MUSE and Stefano Noferini's DPE. He can count the likes of Matthias Tanzmann, Black Coffee, Neverdogs, and wAFF among his fans. His debut for us is a drum-smashing anthem with tribal shouts and crowd-whipping whistles, a non-stop percussion party. If you like the high-octane rhythms of Tini Gessler or Chelina Manuhutu, this is for you.

Oscar Barila's "Miles" on Miguel Migs' Salted imprint was one of last year's best deep house cuts. Its delicious blend of smooth samples and warm rhythms made for a heady cocktail, with DJs worldwide adding it to their USBs. "Feels Right" is his first release for us this year, and if early reports are anything to go by, we have another Barila monster on our hands. A killer bassline leads the way while a wicked Rhodes lick and mesmerising vocal hook interplay to devastating effect—a proper jam.

Liquid Rose is the work of Philadelphia-born, LA-based DJ & producer Dennis Roudenko. He has built a solid following in Tech House in the past three years. His recent release with Trace on Nervous Records was a big hit with DJs and streaming platforms. Outside traditional dance music spaces, he's also tasted viral success with his previous "One Love" release. "Moving Up" is a superb slice of liquid tech based around a wicked bassline and filled with hip-shaking synths, hypnotic vocals and brilliant beats. Proper banger.

Mike Vale's "Pretty Woman" was one of the biggest club records of 2011. It hit the top of the sales charts, and its raw, bouncy groove and hooky-as-hell vocal dominated the rising tech-house-leaning DJ sets of the time. We see a return to that loopy style, albeit with a heavier 2024 kick and bass bounce, so we were delighted when Mike dropped off this complete re-imagining of his early 10s anthem. Stripping things back to the original vocal sample and rebuilding the groove from the ground up, he has delivered the kind of no-nonsense club-ready weapon we can imagine hearing a wide range of DJs playing. So, if you love heavy tech, this is for you.

We love an artist who is open about their musical journey. Many producers want to rip up all the "old" and create a new alias for their "new" sound as soon as they feel a slight change in direction. For us, this smacks of perfectionism and promotes unhealthy behaviour among artists. Skygroover unashamedly began life making EDM but discovered the joys of deep, musical, techy rhythms while living and making music in Brazil. The results of his newfound love were immediately apparent. We were lucky to hear "High" released earlier this year and loved its loopy heat and jazz chords. His follow-up, "Jazz Rhythm", is an equally sumptuous groove filled with clever Rhodes chords and wicked guitar licks. Add a superb sax breakdown, and you will have a future deep house classic right here. Dive in!
