Bio
It all started in the early 90s with a mixer and 2 turntables, I started my first attempts to mix electronic music together. 

Musically I was influenced by synth pop acts like Depeche Mode, Visage, Georgio Moroder, New Order and Kraftwerk. 
It wasn't long before the first official booking came in 1994 at the “Kling Klang” club in Wilhelmshaven. 

This was followed by various resident clubs, various raves, parades and festivals, mainly in northern Germany, where I was allowed to play regularly for many years with vinyl and later also digitally.

Musically, I would describe myself as techhouse, minimal techno, deep / melodic techno with partly house and bigbeat influences. 
I actively feed my SoundCloud page with a monthly podcast series and also supply various labels worldwide such as Bunte Liebe Records, Hometown Records HN, Deephouse Metropolis, Deep Melodies, Syzygy Podcast from Australia, Vibracion Universal Podcasts from Mexico and many more with fresh sets! 

For 2 years now I have also been a producer in a duo with my buddy Element3 under the name "SYN3RGY" with releases on "Vorwärts Music" and the fantastic label "Cho-Ku-Reï Records".

This month we start a new season. To celebrate, I want to share with you from my recent tour through Peru, the first 2 hours of my set at the Roftoop at La Gintoneria in Lima, where a great atmosphere was created while we enjoyed a beautiful sunset.  I want to thank my friend Carlos Gomez and the entire NSN team in South America for their welcome and the treatment I received during my trip. Istanbul-based VLKN (aka Volkan) first got into electronic music as a teenager. In 2003, he first got behind the decks, and still prefers spinning vinyl to this day. His passion for music leads him inevitably to the production side, with his 2021 EP “Senses” released on schallmauer_records. In addition to numerous guest mix invitations, VLKN curates an excellent regular SoundCloud podcast, “Analog Sessions”. On his podcasts on Soundcloud you can see that VLKN is a storyteller, but the story is in the form of music. You can feel the book changing pages and the bpm getting on the dance floor. His stories usually have a happy ending, which will make you listen to them more.

In this moment he regent two channels in Soundcloud and Mixcloud, his B2B space and his Superdeep channel and he just be resident in Live Radio and Easy Groove Radio. He is also superior technician in creativity and advertising techniques and Art Director. 


His musical styles began with House and Garage, until today where he develops in all styles within house (deep house, tech house, progressive house, melodic house, etc) some techno, downtempo, organic, etc.
