The massive VA doesn’t come short of respected techno stalwarts including The Advent, Jeroen Search, Kamikaze Space Programme, Cressida, Operator and more.

The London based techno and electro providers are known for their forwarding thinking approach and outlook to the respected genres. This is ever present within their line-ups for their parties and this VA. Every artist on the compilation has played an important role, or had a connection, in one way or another, to the over their colossal 10 year journey.

Natural Selection will celebrate 10 years and the label launch on 6th November at FOLD with an 18 hour long, extended event featuring The Fear Ratio, The Advent, Kamikaze Space Programme and more.

Dusky’s Life Signs project for Running Back remixed! The Londoners and their distinct hallmark of euphoric, yet multilayered dance floor dynamite get treated by Cinthie, KiNK and Rumu. Similar to the scope of original artists themselves, their interpretations are a wide choice of styles and suitable for different usages. Berlin’s true school house head Cinthie delivers her tried, tested and desired method of disco bass lines and deep house melodies on „Static“, while everyone’s favorite live act from Sofia turns the sounds of „Fridge“ into a lost mid-90ies techno classic. KiNK’s high-octane take would fit perfectly on every fantasy mixtape of Derrick May or Laurent Garnier of those days. Last, but not least, Dusky very own discovery and 17Steps artist Rumu uses „Lea Valley“ to punch his ticket with the UK bass and breaks fare. These goods sell well!

EPM Podcast 163 comes from Dutch DJ/producer, Ritzi Lee (aka Steve Liem). As a party-goer in the halcyon days of Amsterdam clubbing in the 90s and someone who witnessed legendary clubs like RoXY and iT in full swing, Ritzi Lee’s love of techno is rooted in its origins. This has been perfectly captured by this recent DJ + 909 drum machine set at Freedom Festival in Medellin, Columbia which Steve peppers with his own off the cuff TR-909 live jams. Featuring the likes of Chris Liebing, Kr!z, Damon Wild, Luigi Madonna, PRSPCTV aka XENTRIX Jonas Kopp, Orbe, Deetron, The Advent, Mark Broom and numerous self-productions, Ritzi delivers a pulsating DJ and live hybrid set with the crowd of Columbia's Freedom Festival in the palm of his hand!

Philippe Petit is originally from Brussels, Belgium, where he started DJing in the early nineties. After spending 15 years in London, he moved to Chamonix, France, in 2010 where he started two vinyl labels: Knotweed Records and Decision Making Theory (DMT). He has a string of techno releases on his own labels, as well as on Pole Group, Figure SPC, EartoGround etc.
