The all covers acoustic EP by Pike Project's Robert V Galluzzo, reinterpreting songs by fellow Long Island band Spiral Moon, rock legends U2, and his own former band Pretty Polly. This is a tribute to circa 2000 when Spiral Moon and Pretty Polly played countless shows together, and inspired each other.

Back in October of 2006, John Carpenter's original HALLOWEEN hit theaters again for a 2 night engagement with the featurette "The Shape Of Horror" playing exclusively before it. It featured Rob Zombie talking for the 1st time about his plans for the remake. So I wrote what I imagined was a "Zombified" version of the HALLOWEEN theme along with 6 other tracks/interpretations. Only a few seconds of one made it into the final featurette. Here is the complete 7 song EP I composed in its entirety.

Bekah reports back on the ‘Sleepwalkers’ screening at Cinefamily, as well as the ‘House Of Wax’ remake and the American remake of ‘Night Watch.’ Elric and Rob talk about the Texas ‘Phantasm’ reunion screening & live commentary, as well as Elric’s birthday screening of ‘They Live.’ Elric also braves ‘Boxing Helena’ again! Killer POV Episode 103 - Madman, Madman Marz!

This Is It was the opening track for Pike Project's full length debut "To Auld Acquaintances," and is now being re-presented in the context of the "Take Three" EP. A song of betrayal, a fraudulent wedding and union built on lies, and leaving behind all those friends.

The main song is about two lost soul mates constantly crossing paths but missing out on each other. The phrase "love for the loveless" is about the bitter losers that waste their time online "canceling" people they don't even know. The "loveless." I wonder, does anyone love the loveless? They have my sympathy.

I wrote this piece of music after a long conversation with my friend Anthony Masi about the lonely life of a professional magician on the road and how that'd make for an intriguing documentary at some point. At least this is what I imagined the soundtrack for that would be. Recorded by Peter Lennox.
