Its a song inspired by Psalm 31, King David paints a picture of his struggle with adversaries but he knows the Lord is with him. I also believe that his worst enemy was his flesh. His sins affected many generations, and still affect Israel to this day but God is faithful and there is redemption for Israel in the endtimes.
