This is an MBSR guided body scan practice for when you only have a few minutes. This practice will help you get in touch with the sensations in your body and develop mindful curiosity. It will help you relax in the present moment and begin to unwind in patterns of stress, anxiety and worry.

Sometimes all we have is 2 minutes to recenter and gain awareness of our surroundings. During this practice, we connect with our breath to settle into awareness in the present moment. This can help if you are new to meditation and wish to establish a regular practice.

This is a 20-minute standing yoga sequence for the MBSR Program. During this practice we welcome the opportunity to bring awareness to our present moment as we move through a series of yoga poses. Attending to the body with natural curiosity about what movement and stillness is like.
