Robert DeCusati understands the importance of making time for family and there were many years in his early career that that did not happen.  Bob has come to understand that building and developing a professional life and career are important, but they would be meaningless without a loving family. He makes time to visit and talk to his adult children. He loves watching them succeed and try new things. He works hard and is regularly advancing his career, but the time he spends with his children is precious. He is a very social man.
