London based artist EKATA is self-described as genre and sound obsessive. She has built a reputation as a huge advocate for purist Electro and a creator of a dark and warped experience. Her sound best personifies ominous grooves, slamming beats and obvious sci-fi fixations which embody her carefully picked selections and the journey she takes you on in each of her mixes.

Her Electro shows on Netil Radio & Guest mixes with the legendary Bass Agenda, Dark Science Electro, Technoclub.net, Science Cult & Hilltown Disco to name a few, have turned the heads of some of the most respected and well established artists of the underground scene.

EKATA is currently working on her own productions which are set to release this year.
Catch her Netil radio show every fourth Thursday of the Month 2100-2300 (GMT)

Been in love with electro since school in the 80's
Dabbled with rave in the 90's & got my Decks. Went back to my first love after listening to don't stop the beat by Anthony rother. Influenced by Mr Velcro fastener, Dexter and so on.
