The Monegros Desert is noted for its Monegros Desert Festival, usually held in mid-July, attracting numerous Spaniards and internationally renowned DJ's and bands and some 40,000 people to its electronic music performances annually. Formerly called the "Groove Parade" after being founded in 1992, it is held at the Finca Les Peñetes, roughly 18 kilometres (11 mi) west of Fraga, not far from Bujaraloz. It is held in a windowless graffiti filled hall called Flarida, with an area of some 3,000 square metres (32,000 sq ft).

Robert Lamart posee una sólida base musical construida con años de amor y dedicación plena a la música. Sus cimientos están construidos sobre el más profundo conocimiento de la música de baile desde sus inicios en Bakomba (su primera residencia en 1991), donde tocaba géneros como la New Wave, la EBM, el New Beat o el Acid House. Paralelamente (1994) se convierte en residente de la Sala Underground de la discoteca Big Ben donde realiza sesiones que amplían su abanico musical. Era la época del Deep House y del Techno. En 1996 abre su tienda de discos Manhattan Experimental Records, lo que nutre sus sesiones de la mejor música de baile del planeta. En el año 2000 la dirección de Florida 135 le recluta para ser el nuevo residente y es ahí, en la Catedral del Techno, donde se forja su gran profesionalidad. En 2001 actúa en el festival Groove Parade (actual Monegros Desert Festival) y en 2002 llega su actuación en Sónar. Así continúa una siempre ascendente trayectoria profesional siendo solicitado repetidamente por los mejores clubs nacionales e internacionales (Moog, Industrial Copera, The Loft, Macumba, Pagoa, Tresor Berlin, Bindy Club en Francia… por mencionar algunos). Su calidad y destreza tras los platos tampoco pasa desapercibida por parte de la prensa especializada, lo que le lleva al unánime reconocimiento de los medios más respetados. La revista Rock de Lux le sitúa entre los 10 mejores DJs nacionales el año 2004. Go-Mag, en 2005, le otorga el tercer puesto. Y en 2007 obtiene el galardón al mejor DJ residente del país concedido por la revista DeeJay Magazine. Hoy en día, después de dejar atrás en 2010 sus 10 años de residencia en Florida 135 y Monegros Desert Festival, Robert sigue a un altísimo nivel, escapando muy por encima de la gran masa de pinchadiscos.
En la actualidad, además de proseguir con paso firme con su faceta principal también está centrado en la producción, perfilando su proyecto 'Auxiliar' junto a su amigo Pep Gaya. Pronto presenciaremos la publicación de sus tracks y veremos el nacimiento de su nuevo sello.
