Alterego celebrates its third anniversary by debuting as a label with its first VA, made up of fourteen "Episodios Nocturnos". 
All the tracks undoubtedly represent the sound that the label has defended since its creation, offering a proposal in which both experienced and emerging artists have participated. 
The goal of this project is to evoke deep and mental sensations through its sound textures, always maintaining an intensity and dynamism that drives the listener to move and connect with the music.
As a result, "Episodios Nocturnos" suggests a collection of deep, mysterious and emotional feelings that develop in the immersive atmosphere of the night.

Dan Bohler - Pulsar (Original Mix)

Born in Australia, raised in Berlin, and currently based in the Netherlands, Maylen likes to explore a variety of dancefloor-oriented, yet hypnotising tracks over a variety of genres. 
They concentrate on driving techno, ranging from hypnotic sounds to low-end grooves, but also have a love for the deeper side of house and progressive trance, which all often share space within
their mixes.

The Quotidian Contradictions EP is a reminder of the sentiment of change, with some shifts being more impactful than others.

These changes influence life in different directions than before, creating contradictions in our beliefs about what once was.

Transforming paths may take things away, but this EP serves as my reminder to understand and accept that this approach is necessary to bring new joy into life.
