Waking Sleep

oh boy, where to start with this one... I spent most of the day working on this with no hassle, had some final things to mix today, just minor stuff that someone other than me won't notice, and the Reaper file won't open. At all. So, I'm just glad I rendered this down last night and have it. 

I'm trying to get better at lead playing, I'm not exactly as imaginative or capable as I'd like to be, so I made this.

So, as you can tell from my entire feed, I mostly work instrumentally. This one I feel works both ways, and wanted to upload the version without lyrics because you miss out on some of the subtle layers when my voice is over it. Still proud of it!

Been having a rough brain time as of late so actually getting something finished is honestly a really huge deal right now. Happy with how my piano playing is coming along.

Hope is my current mantra. It's keeping me going. Things are bad now, but with a little hope, I'll get through this.

Deafening Quiet

The Cooper-Church Amendment is a solo project by Rob O'Sullivan, started in 2011 as a college project. He works mostly as an instrumental artist, drawing inspiration from soundtrack composers such as John Murphy and Nobuo Uematsu. Other influences include Devin Townsend, Motion City Soundtrack, and Tesseract. 

'All Things Must Pass' is his debut full length album.
