@user-675973110: Cette chanson a été écrite avec les thèmes d'intro et de sortie en 11/4 et quand j'ai développé la section du milieu, je suis passé à 7/4 pour créer un contraste de syncope. Et il y a une mesure de 6/4 qui a juste ressenti la bonne chose à faire à ce stade de la chanson.

@user-685585940: That intro line was the first thing I wrote and it was in response to some positive criticism suggest I study harmony theory.  I had a bit of an attitude on that comment and I thought "oh yeah, well what about this then?"  The rest of the tune followed after I collected myself :-)

Erratica

I was inspired by Liisa Pentti’s recording of “Black Is the Color” to do a remix of her interpretation of a traditional folk song.  I was so impressed with her performance and her beautiful voice, so I roughed out an initial version and sent it over to her.
