Basically, the meditation is about abundance and feeling complete. It brings awareness that you’ve got it all. All you ever wanted. All you’ve ever needed. It also intensively stimulates vagus nerve and balances nervous system.

Every sound that appears here is my voice. This is my way to refer to the primal methods of treatment when the vibration of human voice was basic healing practice.

432 Hz solfeggio frequency is the harmonic intonation of nature. Listening to 432Hz music resonates inside your body, releases emotional blockages, and expands consciousness. 432Hz music allows you to tune into the knowledge of the universe around us in a more intuitive way.

How to meditate using „Sunrise”:

1. Find a peaceful place. Take a comfortable position.

Envision any picture that makes you feel: what a wonderful world, this place here - the Earth is the place I want to be, I am greatful to be here. The moment you feel gratitude, energetically, gently and tenderly connect to the heart of Gaia. The moment you feel the connection - you’re grounded. Play „Sunrise” meditation.
3. Imagine you’re on top of the mountain, and yes… you’re awaiting a sunrise. However,this time, YOU, yourself are the SUN that is going to rise. How about that? You are ready. You’ve got it all. All the light that you’ve ever wanted or needed. Feel the real aboundance. Feel it. You’ve got it all. You are the sun. Rise and go on shining.
