This song concerns a 20-year-old divorce that occurred in the City and County of Denver on May 5. The song "Volver Volver" is embedded in it. I was lucky enough to record it at Brian Beattie's Wonder Chamber studio in Austin, with Shelly Leuzinger on vocals, Dony Wynn on drums and percussion, Brian Beattie on bass and a whole lot more, plus all the production, and Mariachi Relámpago on mariachi. Robin Chotzinoff played guitar, sang and wrote the song. It was the 5th best day of her life.
