"On My Guitar" is an unwavering declaration of commitment and love in action. The song takes key elements of Kingdom life of love between a couple, and expresses them in the words of this song.

It expresses the heart of a man who finds and sees great treasure in a wife he has found. It is from the heart of a man who seeks to love like Christ who instructs a husband to love his wife as Christ loved the church and gave Himself for her. 

Like one line in the song, “Honey you are the only song on my guitar “, it emphasises that this commitment is between one man and one woman, the Kingdom way. No double dating in marriage or courtship. 

Like the public declaration of marriage vows during the solemnization of Holy Matrimony, this song is a husband’s daily reassurance and confession of love and commitment to his wife, intending to express how he would like them to relate with each other, live life together and the meaning of his professed love in action.

This song is a very personal piece of artwork. I wrote and composed this from memories my family and I have of my beautiful dearest late Mother when she walked this Earth. Her display of beauty, grace, love, compassion and fierceness in our lives and other countless lives who encountered her can never be replaced, nor forgotten. You will forever remain in my heart and soul. Will love you always, and keep sharing what you taught and showed me to the world. I do this for you Maa. Will always love you. #SeeHerAgain
