Best of 1991-1996... "Laura & 'Cell's 1/2 of Team Awesome Mix!"

I started mixing in 1997 in Sydney. I have recently moved to the Gold Coast, QLD. 

I started off playing happyhard / hardcore and trance. At that time, I obtained guest appearances at various parties and some smaller raves. After hearing classics like "Access - Dj Tim & Dj Misjah," "Injected With A Poison - Praga Khan," and "Are Am Eye - Commander Tom," I fell head over heels for hard trance. From 1999 - 2004 I had more guest appearances at more established clubs and events. I didn't persue residency anywhere due to my 9 - 5 work commitments. Still, it didn't deter me from becoming a vinyl junkie! I broadened my horizons, and started simply collecting records, everything from early hip-hop, funk and breaks to uplifting trance and rare trance trax. Thru the influence of close friends, I developed a liking for breakbeat, drum and bass, techno and electro. 

Music (for me) should be fun without being cheesy, obviously there are some exceptions here!! 

Now with more free time on my hands, I'm keen to play out more... There aren't many genres I don't enjoy playing, as you will soon see by the sets I post.
