Wrote this a long time ago and the performance was an unrhearsed jam, we used to call them acid jams...during the blizzard of 1978 boston closed down, a bunch of us were stuck in a big apartment and so we shared our songs.

This song is about young girls being sexually exploited and trafficked and what can happen to their lives.  We need to build support systems between mothers and women and men who care to get the predators off the streets and locked up where they can do no harm.  I work with some of these girls, many who have either been coerced into this life or kidnapped and forced into it.  Writing their stories and me putting their lyrics into song is a cathartic experience and helps them understand they are more than what they've been through and that they can change their lives.  But they need help.  We all need help...It takes a village, don't ever forget.
