Our Ancestors are with us... we can dream of them, we can listen for their presence, and we dance with them! Our ancestry is alive within us and we can honour those who have come before us through conscious movement and intention. 

To begin your practice set a clear intention, call upon your ancestors (those you know and those you don't know) and give your body over to this dance of honouring and remembering. Complete your movement practice in Stillness and offer gratitude to your ancestors and the life force that flows through you.
