There’s a version of me that I carried for way too long—like a corpse I kept dressing up just to convince myself it was still alive. Writing Blue Rust was a way to finally admit that I let something inside me rot, and I kept calling it strength.
This song came from a place of emotional conflict... not quite grieving, not quite angry—just standing at that edge where you realize some damage doesn’t heal, it transforms you.
I think part of healing is admitting that not everything inside you deserves to survive. Sometimes the most loving thing you can do... is let it die.
But even then, parts of it still flicker. And that’s what this song wrestles with—the echoes of who you were and the fear that you're still capable of being them again.
It’s not about perfection. It’s about choosing a different road, even when it’s unfamiliar and painful as hell. That’s what I did. That’s what Blue Rust is.

Stargazing Dreams

I’ve been making music and been in bands since I was in school. I’ve always loved watching people enjoy listening, dancing and singing to the music. I feel that music is first and foremost about enjoyment. It should evoke an emotion, whatever the artist is trying to convey. 

My musical tastes are quite eclectic and varied. I tend to enjoy a song rather than a specific group or genre. And I guess this is why what I produce goes along with that ethos of variety 

Recently I’ve felt compelled to focus my time on creativity. Loss and the brevity of life have made me understand life is too short. So here I am. I hope you enjoy!
