Closing song of the Singer Songwriter playground at Blågårds Apotek Wednesday 29.11.23 in Copenhagen. Where I joined Benjamin on his song Waterfall to improvise on the violin. Great way to end the night.

Bit20 - Livescore #2 - 14. Juni

Together with Anders Hannevold we composed two hours of music for a new play of Alice in Wonderland with the student theatre Immaturus.  Recorded and mastered by Vegard Ellingsen. 

The play was based on a new script written by Mari Johanne Nilsen and directed by Mira Nadina Mertens. 

Now the creatures and characters in the fable was just people in an mental asylum, together with Alice. All wearing white coates and beeing atended by the nurse and a doctor with a familar constant urge to state he was out of time.  

Gradually throughout the play, the surrealism took over and we experience the characters more like we know them from the original story. 

In Scene 8 of the first act, the queen is finally introduced in her real role - the cruel queen of wonderland. Until this point, she has been an ambigous friendly character which Alice has trusted - but been unsure about her through underlying motives.  To give the queen a proper introduction in her full majestetic introduction - a fanfare from the horn was called for. 

A big gratitude must be sent to Pernille Kaarslev for her excelent french horn play and all she taught us.
