In her own music, she is informed by that deep musical well and then expands on it. Using her experience as an activist and Creative Arts Therapist (Not to mention amazing visual artist, stage painter, and glass blower) she creates songs that are richly textured stories and impressions of life and art. 

She says “I am happiest when I am helping people”. And there is help and insight and joy in these songs.
