March 5th 2022, Oaxaca - Mexico, in the middle of an agave field in no-man's land. A festival organized with incredible love and dedication. People who have not come to celebrate themselves, but have come to celebrate together. People who share a passion for music. People who listen actively and not just mindlessly cheer when the fog machine kicks in. People with wonderful outfits. People who expand your horizons, who give you ideas and thoughts along the way. People I will never forget.
I had the honor to DJ during sunrise, a magical moment when the cold of the night was shaken off and everyone was shining in the warm, red light of the morning sun.

Reaching ten millions of clicks on Soundcloud & Youtube, Vijay & Sofia Zlatko attain massive stats for an underground artist. It must say that the Belgium duet didn't steal this success! From the recent remix of John Newman – Love Me Again to the first appearance on Sleazy Deep, the duet sail between a deep-house dance-floor oriented to a melancholic house music, as a journey. 

Like this summer in Ibiza where Vijay & Sofia decided to create this duo.

As a couple, in life and behind the decks, Vijay & Sofia, they lead the discussion on social network and on the dance-floors since 2 years, but the career of Vijay started well before, with collaborations as the like of Nico Pusch or Rodriguez Jr. Without forgetting the past, Vijay open the doors to the duet at the end of 2012.

An artist can share his life only with another artist, and that's why the duo works so well. Sofia has the soul of an artist that sticks to the skin. A well-chosen word for a tattoo artist. This graphic artist with a strong universe is also a huge fan of music and dance (More than 12 years as dancer) and Vijay led him to be with him behind the decks and software productions.

must admit that i’ve been having a lot of fun while producing music recently—new ideas are flowing and i’ve been learning lots of new processes along the way. somehow this set feels like a bit like the reflection of that: boundary-free and full of exploration. 

big thanks to @mira_kater for inviting me once again to this very special event, i was very nervous as always but the amazing vibe and feedback from the people that were there made it all so worth it. i’m so grateful to be able to share my sounds in such a cool setting.

Sharing the decks with an artist you deeply admire and call a friend brings a wild mix of excitement, nerves, and the kind of energy that pushes you to your limits — and sometimes beyond.
The idea first came up after my birthday last year. We kept dreaming and talking about it… and it finally came together in a 3-hour journey I can only describe as a true musical love affair.
We didn’t plan anything, just flowed into it naturally and at some point, it turned into a full-on jam.
It was one of those moments that felt like pure magic.

Almost a month later I finally got the recording of my Fusion Set <3 

Normally I record all my sets on my phone but this time it just didn't work :') I'm really grateful that Fusion recorded it  and now I can share it with you. Better late than never! :) 

Big love to 3000Grad crew for inviting me to perform on their wonderful stage again, and big love to all the dancers who joined me. It was a weekend full of inspiration, I enjoyed the festival after my set and I hope to be able to come back every year.  

There's nothing like Fusion! As usual I played lots of upcoming Marginalia and my own work in progress projects. I hope you enjoy my set. <3 

ELIF - Fusion 2025 - Thursday Night Sonnendeck

Another recording from this year — and one that holds a truly special place in my heart. This time, I had the privilege of being invited by two amazing bookers, which gave me the chance to share my music with you not only on my usual day, but also on Sunday. And it wasn’t just any Sunday — it was a unique, unforgettable set together with my dear friend Jellin @marcin-jellinek .
Playing side by side with him, surrounded by the energy of the crowd, the warmth of the people, and the breathtaking vibe of the festival, felt like discovering Garbicz all over again from a completely new perspective. The lights, the smiles, the dancing — everything came together in a way that made time feel suspended. This place has its own kind of magic, and the people who fill it are the heart of it all.

PREMIERE: Baime - The Damned (Original Mix) [Blindfold]

I was sleeping, exhausted from the crazy endless party from the morning before. Waking up and looking at the time I saw that I was 1am and I remembered that I was scheduled to play at 2am at Robot Heart! I quickly got dressed and jumped on my bike alongside Pao, my partner in crime. My Colombian girlfriend was confident she could see the bus in the distance, I was sure it wasn't Robot Heart, but as always I followed her insanity and we peddled for 20 minutes guided by her intuition (insanity)!

Still hungover, and even more groggy from the rushed bike ride, we arrived at a red sign. The bus no where in sight. In a moment of despair, I almost gave up, almost turned around, almost rode home. At least I could be sure of my comfortable bed. Exhausted, exhausted further from more peddling, from arguing, from thinking of my excuse for why I didn't make it for my first Robot Heart set we suddenly came across the bus! I was sure we'd missed my set or at the very least that we were very late but we made it.

With this being my first burn, finally finding and then climbing up on the bus was the most unique, magical experience for me. The experience of searching for the bus, finally playing and then struggling to find my way back to our bikes afterwards was a series of events that I'll never forget. The camp gifted me with a necklace fabricated from pieces of the original heart engraved with my name that I wear to this day!
