I'm not sure I've ever started with a note, time for something new.
NOTE: This is not about gender roles or identities, but archetypes and aspects of existence. They have been part of human culture since the Sumerians and are still in use today in integrative therapy and healing.

Due to my nature, and as part of my fawning response to trauma, I've always nurtured the soft/gentle/loving aspects of myself - these are parts of both the Divine Masculine and Divine Feminine. What I have never nurtured in myself are the aspects of power and strength which are seen in the archetypes of the Warrior and King of the DM. I feel in this stage of my healing, it's time to do integrate these aspects of myself in a conscious fashion. Ironically, or not, the tracks in this week's set don't really typify that, but hey, nuance is good.

All that being said, this week's journey if one of love and hope, and a bit of pain. Some really fine tracks which I hope you enjoy.

I've an odd format - I pick 16 new tracks each week, mostly from ZipDJ, and put them together to make a set, I don't pick tracks which go together, just what I really like.
