The weekly radio show has aired since 2010 and it currently broadcasts on Intergalactic FM, every Friday at 20:00 GMT.

It's very simple - I love making and listening to new and old musik I loathe long walks on the beach but love sunrises..

Right now, there are people all over the world who are just like you. They're either lonely, they're missing somebody, they're depressed, frustrated, misplaced, silent they're hurt, they're scarred from the past,  issues no one knows about, they have secrets you wouldn't conceive. They wish, they dream and they hope - as should we. And right now, they are sitting there reading these words, and I'm writing this for you so YOU don't feel alone anymore. Don't be depressed about the past, don't worry about the future, and just focus on today. If today's not so great don't worry! Tomorrow's a new day. Stop, pause that thought, breathe and focus on today it is ALL we have - moment by moment. If today's ain't so hot - don't worry, it's only temporary. Think of your life as an hourglass. You know there are thousands of grains of sand in the top of the hourglass; and they all pass slowly and evenly through the narrow neck in the middle. Nothing you or I could do would make more than one grain of sand pass through this narrow neck without impairing the hourglass. You and I and everyone else are like this hourglass...if we do not take (tasks) one at a time and let them pass...slowly and evenly, then we are bound to break our own... fragile structure. Tomorrow is a new chance to sing, smile, run, swim, dine or DANCE. So hold on and " SHINE ON YOU CRAZY DIAMOND(s) " 💎💎
