I recently changed my audio/video streaming rig and giving it a test before my live TranceMission show on 06th March.

Without any planning or rehearsing, I stay on the lighter end of my catalog for this show, including tracks from the likes of QBas, Jacob Henry, Space 92 and for the first time - myself!
This is the first time I have incorporated one of my own tracks into a set. It's still under development so I am keen to hear your thoughts.

Dripping Tales Records is born with the intention to offer deep psychedelic tales. The desire to tell stories stems from our experiences with psytrance, which always invites us to immerse ourselves in other worlds, to explore sensations and therefore to live unique experiences.

This second release tells the story of a character coming out from a deep forest, arriving in a mysterious area devoided of trees, where the air is cold... and with a huge and infinite maze rising in front of him. He knows he has to enter the maze and find its own way to get out of this empty place, to go back to the mossy and welcoming forest, overflowing with life.

With this compilation, you will follow the evolution of the character into the depths of the maze. But, is it real, or is it just happening in your mind...?

Rob Ótico started off as a hard trance and techno DJ playing across the south of the UK. In the mid 2000's he focused solely on techno and progressive house before being invovled win a serious accident in 2004 resulting in the amputation of his right leg above the knee.

In 2018 he got back into DJing and since then he has held several residencies in Bristol and also for Tribe of Frog in Spain.
He also brought his own unique direction into a one off Emotive event where he supported John 00 Fleming.

Having been wanting to change name for a while, but unsure of what to change it to - a young boy walking with his father saw Rob walking with his prosthetic leg and shouted "Papa, Papa... Robotico, Robotico".... and so, the name Rob Ótico was born.
