Temporal: Una canción que vino de la nada y fue tomando forma a medida que la iba cantando. Una conversación introvertida frente al espejo,  un estar aquí y ahora, tal vez! Tuvo muchos nombres anteriores pues, mientras sufría cambios me planteaba un destino, como sería mañana. Es a causa de la música que uno hace el mejor intento por buscar una perfección innecesaria a suceder. Entre tanto pensarla olvide  ponerle un coro para recordarla siendo arrasada por la lluvia y le puse  este nombre Temporal.




Bio Nazim Guerra

Joven músico y compositor cubano. Su primer acercamiento con la música fue a los dieciocho años. En su formación autodidacta aprendió a tocar la guitarra, el piano y la armónica, influenciado por una amplia variedad de géneros y artistas internacionales desde los años cincuenta hasta la actualidad del panorama occidental, americano y latinoamericano. En sus composiciones fusiona la canción de autor con elementos folclóricos de la música Soul, el filin, el blues, el jazz, Latin Pop, y el Rock. Actualmente se encuentra en estudio comprensión y acción de objetivos importantes como la distribución y promoción de su música. La intención con su proyecto musical es servir de puente e inspirar a quienes intentan superar cambios como la autoaceptación y la búsqueda de individualidad para construir su identidad.

Hello, I’m James, content creator for “Universal Mind Moods”. I fell in love with a small metaphysical book titled “Three Magic Words” in 1984. At the end of each of the 12 chapters there is a short meditation. Just for fun I reproduced these meditations in audio form for my own use. However, they eventually lead to me creating videos for a YouTube channel because I wanted to share these unique, entertaining, sometimes funny, and very effective works of art.

They are effective mainly because of the metaphysical writings of U.S. Andersen. However, I did study subliminal, hypnotic, and meditation techniques to apply in an amateurish attempt to incorporate them into the deliveries of these 12 meditations. The 12 chapters of this wonderful book are as follows:

Chapter 1 – The Lock (Overcoming Our Buried Pain Remembrances)
Chapter 2 – Illusion (Evil – The Great Illusion)
Chapter 3 – Mind (Understanding Conscious Mind and Universal Subconscious Mind)
Chapter 4 – Form (How All Things Proceed from Universal Subconscious Mind)

Chapter 6 – Faith (Moving Universal Subconscious Mind to Creation)
Chapter 7 – Attraction (Discovering the Center of Consciousness)
Chapter 8 – Love (Realizing Absolute Love as the Motivating Power of Life)
Chapter 9 – Success (Directing the Subconscious for Prosperity and Achievement)
Chapter 10 – Health (Using the Perfection of Subconscious for Perfection of Body)
Chapter 11 – Immortality (Removing the Evil from Eternity)
Chapter 12 – The Key (Unlocking the Secret of Self)

I suggest you read this short book of 169 pages for a better understanding of these magic meditations. However, this is not necessary. If you let the meditations flow with headphones and a nonjudgmental attitude, over time they will bring you to a new level of consciousness.

This entire series of the twelve short meditations from Three Magic Words are easy, and effective meditations for active people who want to meditate but feel they cannot. It could be not enough time, or they find it too difficult to sit and be quiet, and/or they find it too hard to slow down their thoughts.

These meditations are approximately 10 minutes in length and are unique, inspiring, and effective. They are formatted to take our minds off daily mundane and trying situations and bring us to the realization that we are a manifestation of our minds through our belief systems.

This series is made to be quick, and easy meditations which are remarkably interesting, unique, poetic, and effective meditations that are 300 to 400 words. They are from U.S. Andersen’s most popular book which is renowned by the metaphysical community. They are designed to be quick, easy, and of course effective meditations for active people.

In Three Magic Words, U.S. Andersen makes the argument that "the physical world is derived from the mental". He argues that "a sustained mental image, if backed by faith will become reality". U.S. Andersen argued that "it is possible to prove this theory by conducting a few mental experiments, aided by means of meditation. After running these experiments, with complete faith in the outcome, it becomes obvious, at least on a personal level, that there is a relationship between thought and physical reality".

U.S. Andersen was a successful self-help and short story author in the 1950’s, 60’s, and 70’s. Once a renowned NFL football player, he had several careers including running an advertising agency, wild catting for oil, logging at the Columbia Sawmill, and was also a World War II veteran as a gunnery officer on a destroyer warship.
