Children of the 90s is what can be described as a massive nod to the 90s era of dance music. So much so that even Robert Miles would blush with its dream like piano melody and spirit lifting pads that will instantly put listeners into the mindset of the golden age of rave. We also can't forget to mention the incredible remix from Airdream as well, who retains the classic feel of the original with a modern twist!

Ciro Visone & Glassman - Spectral [Phoenix Recordings - NIX340]

Combined Italian Trance power - CIRO VISONE teamed up with Davide Milan aka GLASSMAN for their powerful Uplifting Trance collaboration SPECTRAL, presented by Phoenix Recordings.

Ciro returns to the Swiss Trance label for the fourth time after the previous collab releases "Epico" (2024 w/ Toregualto), "Zodiac" (2024 w/ Stéphane Marvel) and "Lost Thoughts" (2020 w/ Semper T.).

Davide started his career in the late 80s, discovered Techno in the 90s, slowed down in the 2000s and returned in the 2010s. Since 2019 he has had releases out on labels such as Think Trance, Redux, D.Max, State Soundscapes, Defcon and others.

Those of you who regularly follow Global DJ Broadcast will know that in recent years, I've introduced the Four Seasons series; which consists of one special mix during each quarter of the calendar, based on a particular theme. I always looked forward to the spring, where the flowers would blossom and make what we see more colorful. Marrying that idea with the bind of artist and vocalist led to the creation of the annual In Bloom mix.

My wish is that when we get out on the other side of this pandemic, we'll be able to go on those walks and take in the scenery around us. So as a way of saying thanks to you all again, on top of Community in Isolation and the live streams from the balcony, this year's In Bloom for the first time is a specially extended 3 hour edition - with loads of your favorite vocal tracks mainly across trance, but also a little bit of progressive and deep house too. And of course, a couple of cherished classics thrown in.
