An uptempo fit for clubland set featuring some of my favourite soundz right now.  Plenty of the ol' joanna, dribbly acid lines and uplifting proggy breaks.  Also managed to get a lit bit of Afro House in there to be able to air the wickedly happy Jerusalema.... that epic track that spawned the best viral dance craze ever during 2020's lockdown.  Njoi x

Nu Skool Old Skool

First of a longer format Wandana set as Saturdays have changed up from 2 x DJs to 1.  It gave a lot of license to play around with the journey and in the end it's a set of 3 fairly distinct sections.  A deep downtempo first hour flowing in to an hour of progressive breaks and finishing with a slightly more uptempo vocal infused melodic hour at the end.
I had a great time and despite the current restrictions I think the crowd down there on a beautiful sunny winter afternoon were able to find the groove and toe tap contentedly. x

Mystic Valley - Journey to the Heart.  What an epic party in the hills behind Mullumbimby.  A little pre-school hall punching well above its size and stature in terms of delivering on point acoustic deliciousness, and an outdoor space lit up beautifully on the night. Simply sensational.
Top production from all concerned and the warmest and loveliest of vibes.
On a personal note, totally overjoyed to be able to bring it big time for 90 mins on the night, and the whole set is recorded too.

This is my set from the always excellent monthly SuNDaY KiCkS and the second time I have been asked to play there.  Having played the opening time slot on debut, this time I took things a little deeper, harder and more driving but took a lead from one of my all time inspirations and kept the tempo in check.  Really happy with the result albeit with a couple of little technical slip ups but some great tunes went down and the dance floor most importantly responded well.  Hope you enjoy x

A super mild winter's night made perfect conditions for an outdoor party to celebrate my good friend Olivia's 40th birthday in Myocum.  I tuned the fine tunes for a full 3.5 hours and was in my element throughout.  So enjoyed being able to play a whole load of new stuff which hadn't had a proper airing before then and was particularly happy that all those present loved them as much as I did.  Top night x

So much fun to be back at such a great party house as that of good friends Jo and Adam.  Throwing a 'Back In Da Hood' party to celebrate returning to that house after a little period over the road, it was a pleasure to play some tunes for all those who came.

Their open plan living area holds sounds so well and the EV 15's sounded phat as.  A 3.5hr set ensued playing a mixture of fresh and recent favs with a definite banging bent - featuring tunes by Rodriguez Jr, Bicep, Guy J, Jody Wisternoff and James Grant. Eelke Klein, Dusky amongst others...
