That's the case for Matilda, who leaves her cage of a life for a brand new beginning, while in the chorus we hear her old life beckon her to "come back home", but we know she's better off living in the city, living her best life. Sung in the Americana/singer-songwriter style, Rob Tait sings his heart out, telling the story of Matilda.

At the End of the World is a cinematic song, full of devestating imagery of the world ending but in reality, this song is about anxiety.  Sometimes we work ourselves up so much to the point that we think the world is ending, but in reality, these things haven't happened, and we must remember to live in the moment.

Tired of only being "the drummer" for multiple Philadelphia bands and singers, Rob Tait took it upon himself to step out into the spotlight, becoming a vocalist and frontman for his own music. Now holding a guitar, Rob performs original tunes with a passion and tenacity that can be compared to music of The Band, Ray Lamontagne, and Bruce Springsteen.

While performing and recording his own music, Rob still plays drums and percussion for artists such as Liv Devine, Tye James, Jay Adim, and many others.  Through all of these opportunities, Rob has and will continue to learn more about the music industry and performance savvy to create his individual style.
