Part 1 of 2!

I really like video game music, as you could probably infer from the vgm covers I've done. I'm especially drawn to the energetic and melodic sort of music you'd hear in platformers like Super Meat Boy or Shovel Knight. So I wanted to try writing something that would work in that context - and be able to loop indefinitely as video game songs do. I did the light world/dark world thing as an extra challenge, which I got the inspiration to do from playing The End is Nigh recently. I tried to really change up the arrangement in the dark version to make sure it felt new!

This was a fun experiment - I might try writing more songs like this in the future!
