2023 kicked off in spectacular style with the release of the second album The Incomplete Truth, featuring collaborations with Neu-Romancer, Black Dahlia, Dominique Slva & Andi.

Rob Zile's first EP was released in September 2009 on Artefekz Muzik. 

Following this EP many doors were opened; from being asked to remix other artists to forging great relationships with other dj’s, producers and record labels from around the world. It also gave him the opportunity to play his first international gig at the WMC Techno Marathon in Miami in 2010, sharing the bill with artists such as Perc, Spektre, Oliver Giacomotto and many more.

Rob hosts a radio show called ‘Brain Food Radio’ on Kiss FM Dance Music Australia every Tuesday night from 10pm to 11:30pm AEST/AEDT. ‘Brain Food Radio’ showcases thought-provoking electronic music and is curated for people who want more than just the hits and the big names.

'Brain Food Radio' has been on the Kiss airwaves since 2013. In 2018, Rob took the next logical step and launched his own label 'Brain Food Records.'

Rob's productions have been supported by The Black Dog and Mike Humphries and they have received positive feedback by Hybrid, DJ 3000, David Meiser, DJ Pierre, Lucien Foort, DJ Hyperactive, King Unique and Colin Dale among others. Rob has supported a list of international artists such as: DJ Hell, James Zabiela, Dave Seaman, Guy J, Skream, Artwork, DJ T, Guy Mantzur, Eelke Kleijn, Joe Brunning, DJ W!ld, Drumcomplex, Sebo K, Tim Engelhardt and more. He has completed three seasons as the house DJ, musical director and occasional actor on TV show ‘Planet UnEarth’ and his remix of Tony Kanwischer - Moonhalo appeared in an episode of '60 Minutes' on Channel Nine on prime-time Australian TV in April 2015.

Tilt Shift sits firmly left of center, a difficult-to-label square peg that unintentionally fails to fit a pigeonhole. Borrowing from the photography term, Tilt Shift refers to two different types of movement, a selective focus with a large depth of field used to control perception. This can be applied to our music policy, tilting the vertical axis resulting in a sharp area of focus without reducing the depth of field.  This movement is often used to avoid the convergence of parallel lines, or as we have come to think of it, it’s where the lines blur.

Glasgow born producer and DJ, Gary Beck has long been established as a primary figure in techno.  Known and respected for his unique sound, he has gained support from the best names in the business and released music on some of the genre’s leading labels, including institutions such as Soma, Cocoon, Minus, as well as his own BEK Audio imprint.

Since his emergence onto the scene in 2007, Beck has accumulated an impressive list of achievements.  Highlights include a BBC Radio 1 Essential Mix, two Boiler Room sessions, featured music on BBC 1 Drama “Stonemouth”, and “God Save The Quine”, as well as numerous collaborations with exceptional talents such as MR. G, Green Velvet, Debra Debs, Mark Broom and Speedy J.

2012 saw the release of his seminal debut album “Bring a Friend” on the legendary Soma Records label.  It was their 100th album release, and this was a great honour for Gary.  His second album “Dal Riata” was released in November 2019 on BEK Audio.

You can also find Gary appearing under various different aliases, including Sosak and Tanera.

In terms of performing, Gary has appeared at some of the world’s largest and respected clubs and festivals, with shows at renowned venues such as Womb Tokyo, fabric London, Awakenings, T in the Park Scotland, Spazio Rome, Output NYC, Printworks London, and Timewarp to name a few.  In addition to a busy performance schedule, Beck spends time as head of BEK Audio, an imprint which has quickly become one of the most revered techno labels on the scene after releases from the likes of Floorplan, Mark Broom, Slam, DJ Rush and Ritzi Lee.

Gary said on approaching the 60th release, “I initially set up the label as a release platform for my own music, however that quickly changed.  I don’t put myself under any pressure with the releases.  It simply has to be really good!”

Rob Zile's first EP was released in September 2009 on Artefekz Muzik.  Following this EP many doors were opened; from being asked to remix other artists to forging great relationships with other dj’s, producers and record labels from around the world.  It also gave him the opportunity to play his first international gig at the WMC Techno Marathon in Miami in 2010, sharing the bill with artists such as Perc, Spektre, Oliver Giacomotto and many more.

Rob hosts a radio show called ‘Brain Food Radio’ on Kiss FM Dance Music Australia every Tuesday night from 10pm to 11:30pm AEST/AEDT. 
‘Brain Food Radio’ showcases thought-provoking electronic music and is curated for people who want more than just the hits and the big names.
'Brain Food Radio' has been on the Kiss airwaves since 2013. 

In 2018, Rob took the next logical step and launched his own label 'Brain Food Records.'   @brainfoodrecords

Rob's productions have been supported by The Black Dog and Mike Humphries and they have received positive feedback by Hybrid, DJ 3000, David Meiser, DJ Pierre, Lucien Foort, DJ Hyperactive, King Unique and Colin Dale among others.  Rob has supported a list of international artists such as: DJ Hell, James Zabiela, Dave Seaman, Guy J, Skream, Artwork, DJ T, Guy Mantzur, Eelke Kleijn, Joe Brunning, DJ W!ld, Drumcomplex, Sebo K, Tim Engelhardt and more.  He has completed three seasons as the house DJ, musical director and occasional actor on TV show ‘Planet UnEarth’ and his remix of Tony Kanwischer - Moonhalo appeared in an episode of '60 Minutes' on Channel Nine on prime-time Australian TV in April 2015.
