It’s a very personal statement, intense and nostalgic, aiming to break landmarks and immerse in a spinning contemplation. This track floats on a dizzy and peculiar line above the album, summing-up the mood and the liminal state I like to find when I make music.

Kartell - Space Odyssey

“Paradise” is the third single and final single from the upcoming Potatohead People and features Vancouver’s latest steamy export & recent Warner signing, Diamond Café  who delivers a stunning vocal performance on this early 80s influenced slice of digital sex funk that comes in somewhere between Sade, El Debarge and Prefab Sprout. Late night, low light bedroom dancefloor vibes is the name of the game here. “Eat Your Heart Out” hits everywhere on May 10th.

Potatohead People - Paradise feat. Diamond Cafe

I first wrote the chords of 'Mars' in 2016 and forgot about it. When I started working on the album with the theme of space, I found it again and this airy floating composition came back naturally. It embodies a line between the innocence of a quest and the tension of a future at stake. Kurtis Wells was the perfect match for this track and his lyrics and vocal interpretations absolutely captures this balance.

"No Escape" shows a gloomy and ethereal sighting of my music, balancing a groove leaded bass with darker elements that makes it unique to me. This mix of genres is something I always bore in mind as soon as I initiated this album. Barney Bones immediately captured the energy, adding this nostalgic yet determined veil throughout the track.
