DJ SliM is back with the third dubstep mix of his ongoing series. This mix will take you on a journey beginning with high energy, upbeat dubstep that continues into a more melodic, trancey type of dubstep and finishes strong with a mind-blowing mix of some of the hardest hitting dubstep tunes out right now. This mix was created over a 3 months period, with painstaking detail taken to each transition.  This mix was performed entirely live with no editing besides normalization of the audio. Some of the better mashups will be released as singles after I spread this mix around a bit.  I encourage you to listen to this mix as loud as possible for full effect. This is the next installment of the DJ Slim mix trilogy. This time the focus is on DUBSTEP. Just in time for summer this a themed mix that will take you from the brightest parts of summer, to it's nastiest depths. Summer Grime Mix

Take a wild ride with me. Listen to the groovy sounds of deep house, sliding into tech house, then get uplifted with a side of progressive house, finally ending with a great little burst of fun indie dance music. Recorded LIVE in one take with a pair of Technic 1200's! No editing done, there are a few screw ups but it's my first few times recording on vinyl so give me a break. Effects were done with serato and a kontrol X1 midi device.

Slim Goes Deep *LIVE MIX*

This is a sequel to my last mix, Summer Grime. This is a 100% live dubstep mix, what you see is what you hear, no editing was done except for normalizing the volume. The concept for this album was to showcase the various styles of dub step, moving from the slower, trancey stuff into the harder grimy sounds. I wanted to show that not all dubstep sounds the same, this is the kind of mix you show to people to break them into it.

I really liked the emotion of the female vocals that i used, so I tried to showcase that in a sense.I tried very hard to get the flow of the mix very smooth, and to have distinct sections. You can hear the transition from the softer, more vocal dubstep into the grimy stuff around halfway into the mix. There is a large focus on blends in this mix, not hard cuts. There are some new songs, and some older songs in here. This mix took around 2 months to make, Hope you all enjoy, would love some feedback! (If you wanna book me that's cool too :)
