Rocky(the lyrical HK) Tabb born and raised in Niagara Falls,NY. One of ten kids, He started out as and Young Battle rapper on the eastside of the city. Battles where won and a face was put to the name of this little pre -teen rapper who battled and beat grown men. First time he recorded on Tape was in 95, well into his battle career he made the transition from battle rapper to Artist. Moving to the lower eastside of town is were he meets friends who would become longtime Group members (Dirty Mack, DirtyO,CB) they went by many names and the one that stuck was 4th 2 North. Since the resent breakup of the original group 4th 2 North has since reformed with a few old faces and alot of new ones. Rocky the lyrical HK has recorded all over western NY, from Niagara Falls to Lockport to Buffalo and even Rochester NY. Working with Artists from Toronto,Burlington,St Catherine, and Niagara Falls,ON proves he can adapt to any lyrical environment he is put or thrown into. 
Ready to put out his first solo mixtape in July of 09 Rocky the lyrical HK is out to prove that Upstate NY has something to say about the rap game dying.. Its VERY MUCH alive and kicking and the next place its going to hit at is Upstate...
