With a name taken from a random truck window decal seen by drummer Phil Weseman in his hometown of St. Charles, Gemini Hustler had their name years before the band's formation. As soon as Phil saw the words, he knew he wanted to use them as a band name. Two bands later, that dream came true. Formed from the remains of St. Louis alternative rock band, Brickshy, Gemini Hustler pulls a complete 180 degree turn from it's power-pop predecessor. Before writing any songs, the members agreed that no matter what, the music had to live up to the name. A combination of the Gemini's bi-polar type personality and a hustler's ability to surprise others with their skills had to be reached. More importantly, the group decided not to paint a musical picture using the colorings of their influences, but to mix their paints into a new color. Using Indie Rock as an easel, Gemini Hustler has started painting away.

Songwriter Zach George's soulful, contemporary vocals, over Western styled guitar picking give a grassroots feel to the music. On top of that, Justin Level's pulsing, funk influenced bass lines and Phil's jazz and blues background glue everything together. The result is an amalgamation that crosses generations.

"When Dino-bots Attack!" by Buxom Space Fish. Buxom Space Fish is an electronic project formed in early 2010 by Nikki Fischer. The band name itself is a Doctor Who reference - in the episode Vampires of Venice, the doctor says, "Blimey, fish from space have never been so? buxom." On April 7th, Bell joined Buxom Space Fish as vocalist, but new music is already in the works to add her as a second keyboard player.

On May 26th, Shawn Telkamp (formerly of Vendetta Sonata and numerous other bands) also joined Buxom Space Fish as vocalist.

All the music and lyrics are written by Fischer, but Telkamp is already working on lyrics for existing and new material so this is sure to change.

Started in January of 2011, Banks and Cathedrals is a project dedicated to simple songwriting. It is a blend of pop, rock, folk, and lots of melodies. Christian Knobloch, the soul singer-songwriter, has been in several Midwest bands over the past sixteen years. He started as a bass player in his brother's band, Thicker Than Water, and quickly started working on his own projects, the most significant being the Ladykillers from Springfield. After seven years and three records, Christian moved back to his own town of Saint Louis. Inspired by the city of New Orleans, he has written a new set of songs dedicated to the Crescent City.
