PopaDOK, known in 1985 as M.C. ROCKWALE, is an American rapper. One half of VA's hip hop duo Cooley-Tee & Rockwale, he is widely regarded as the first recorded rap artist of VA with radio airplay and most influential self-skilled performer of several elements in hip hop to this day.

Daniyel Willis, known back in the day as MC Rockwale, his classic song “Cooley-Tee” is acknowledged as the first recorded rap song with radio airplay within the RVA hip-hop community.
