Influenced by electronica, ambient and IDM, ROD-R produces a magnetic, contemplative music at the border of different universes in search of an elusive equilibrium between harmony and experimental textures. While ROD-R may explore emotion through the prism of melancholia, he is also happy to “let the machine speak” by leaving space for the accidental and the glitchy, aesthetics that produce the grain and textures that make his sound so unique.
