Möd3rn is a global project from 3 wellknown artists who wanted to give a side project from their own solo career. It's a band, producing, playing live but it's also a label created only for the trio productions. Each releases will propose 3 tracks from the 3 artists. For that first one the famous trio propose 3 huges bombs Mö4, Mö5 and Mö6, 3 huge techno killer using rough skins with raw edit. Speech less and listen to that we can call Pure TEchno.
While carefully handling their respective careers, postponing then their obvious collaboration, Möd3rn trio's members have capitalized its desire and now deliver its mere substance, in the rightest moment, where, simply, all the distant forces converge.
The six daring, expert hands merge now into a unique entity, unanimously moving within the same effort towards techno music. Of the distinct identities merely remains the ethereal, synthetic essence devoted to the group, and the common musical passion that leads it. The formula is elaborated freely: each one's adjunctions -subtle keys, nervous chords, underground blows, rhythmical uproars- pour into a thick maelstrom, opaque, condensing Detroit's grieving sensibilities as well as last decade's bewildering cacophonies. The potion obtained is irresistible, an ecstatic hybrid, prodigiously actual, that renders all the genre's diversity and dynamism.
Chance intertwined their paths and now the three companions celebrate both the friendship that resulted and the good fortune that has driven it, by improvising live together as one faceless, solid body agitated by the urge of dance and music, composing the material that shall be processed later on to form their eponym label's releases.

Unrelenting grooves and a deeper look into his unique sound design flair, these tracks are timeless in sound and production quality.
“Fuego” kicks it off as the A1 with its up tempo base and FM sounds . “Tell Me” as the A2 strips it back into a rolling drum track. “Tizer” settles it back into a percussive, syncopated clappy groove with a prominent vocal stab. The arpeggiated warm back drop of “Speeding” closes out the EP in style.

Kr!z made his Blueprint debut last year with the 'Neutrino EP'.  Now he returns this April with the follow-up 'Revelation EP'.

Kr!z has been at the forefront of techno for more than a decade. Influenced by the hypnotic and energetic sound helmed by veterans such as Jeff Mills, Steve Rachmad and James Ruskin, he gradually but steadily developed his own identity in the international techno scene.  After making a name for himself as a skilled DJ with sharp focus and a quick mixing style in home country Belgium and the Netherlands, Kr!z launched Token Records in 2007.  It has since been a leading outlet for heady, purist sounds.  He rapidly established the label as a fixed value with a timeless and powerful sound and took it around the world with label nights on every continent.  Token remains important in defining techno today - always straightforward, sometimes weird, often catchy – all under the helm of Kr!z as avid A&R.

After 12 years spent assiduously focused on curating the Token discography, showcasing artists he has nurtured and supported over this time, and incorporating the connoisseur’s knowledge and experience he has cultivated in his work as a DJ, 2019 saw the release of his long awaited debut EP on Token.  'Mantra' received high acclaim by both media and the scene's key DJs.  This continued in 2020, when he released the track 'Scorpion’s Tail' on Voltage Imprint and 'Malice' and 'Imperative Needs' as part of a split EP with Pfirter on his MindTrip label.  2022 was his most prolific year to date with three full EPs seeing the light of day: 'Neutrino EP' on James Ruskin’s Blueprint Records, 'The Tunnel' on Setaoc Mass' hotshot SK_eleven and ‘Atlantis’ on his own Token Records.

Sigha’s lauded Metabolism album is further commended with a remix EP for Token 77. With three highly qualified label newcomers enlisted to the task of reimagining aspects of the album, the music is reworked into a new context to powerful effect. 
 
Wata Igarashi’s flourishing recognition as a producer with striking competence and flair has marked him as a valuable affiliate on the record. He demonstrates different areas of focus with two new versions of Black Massing. The Daylight Breaks Remix opens up the high-end, expressing the delicate harmonics of the original with rushing upward arpeggios. The Dusk Falls Remix instead hones in on the deep and anticipatory nature of its foundation. 
 
Marco Shuttle’s foreboding Morning Star remix feels skilfully subtractive, magnifying elements by adding space and drawing focus to its melodic asides. Function plays with the contemplative nature of Down in his version, adding dynamic percussion and energy while retaining its expression and depth.

What started as a one-off record in 2018 now becomes a steady project. With a second release on the ominous WSNWG imprint Rødhåd keeps building a platform for collaboration tracks that emerged from exchanging ideas and intense hours of working together in the studio. For the second installment Rødhåd invited Dystopian member Alex.Do to his Berlin studio. The two producers share a long friendship and now release their first EP together. “WSNWG 002“ contains 4 tracks, self-paced mindbenders evoking subtle mood shifts against a somber backdrop. The moment before everything turns dark is set to music here.

Fehler Musik broadens its Berlin artist base with FHLR017: debut of Boudi Boudin&Salomé, which many people know from their monthly sets in Kitkat Club, Berlin.

As innocent as the track names may seem (the cat and the ball), they both carry a lot of energy with them and fast pounding techno beyond the 130bpm mark. 'La Balle' uses melodic elements to get the audience hypnotized over long transitions. Almost trippy ... on high speed. 'Le chat' comes along unfussy and straightforward. The break let you breath one more time and brings you into higher spheres, before it is taking off into its percussive finale slamming you back on the ground of dance floor lunacy.

Now an established force in contemporary Techno, Mike Bierbach, better known under his stage name Rødhåd is someone who has seriously put in the work. Having cut his teeth DJing as a relatively unnoted (but well loved by those in the know) local in Berlin for 10 years, one could argue that by the time success knocked on his door, he was more than ready for playing the international stage. It was during these 10 years of obscurity when he refined his craft to become the singular DJ he is now. 

Launching his party-series-turned-label Dystopian in 2009 was what truly tipped the ball over for Rødhåd. In a time where the Berlin scene was heavily oversaturated by fluffy, miscellaneous dance music, he & his peers set out to form a platform for real techno. The reception to this was raucous. 

Although he has lauded productions and remixes to his name, DJing is his true forte. Before abandoning his day job as a draftsman in construction “The Red” (as some call him due to his gingered, bearded appearance) was known for playing very long sets in Berlin’s most notorious hideaways. 

With an album, several EPs & remixes for a multitude of different artists under his belt, Rødhåd the producer has received equal praise as Rødhåd the DJ. Dystopian has hosted most of his releases, but in 2018 he founded a new label WSNWG that serves as a home for collaborative productions, excavated in sessions at his East-Berlin studio with his peers such as Lucy, Alex.Do, & Antigone.
