I wrote this song back in 1991 and recorded it with Rodney Lay & The Wild West at Richard Kennedy's studio in Branson, MO. I'd never written a trucker song before this and haven't written one since. I think I've met my truck driving song quota required of any country singer/songwriter.

My buddy Mike Richards and I wrote this parody of "The Monster Mash" late one night in Nashville. Thanks to Mike's wife Theresa for providing the "bubbling" sound effects! We wrote this right after George Jones had his last wreck on a bridge outside of town. We love the ol' Possum - just pokin' a little fun at him! :)

I wrote this song with Mike Richards for a Bobby Vee project to be produced by our friend Wayne Carson. Bobby was a good soul to meet and work with however the project was never completed. I wrote this song with Marty Funderburk, a great gospel songwriter from Nashville, TN. This is a great song about allowing God to bring healing to your heart, to your spirit and to your life overall. A cool little tune written by my friends Wyndi Harp and Wayne Carson. I loved the lyrics and melody to this song and with help from my producer friend, Kimo Forrest, we put together this demo. It's one of those songs I truly loved singing and a lot of fun to record in the studio.

Recently our radio cluster in Long Island was looking for someone to voice a commercial in the style of Barry White. I had done this once before for Schlotzsky's and was glad to slip into Barry's satin jacket and matching shoes once again. I am a fan of Mr. White's music and voice over work and it was an honor to pay tribute to his legacy.

I'm performing "The Love Boat" theme song at the wedding of Joe Guertin and Lisa Hizer, two of coworkers and dear friends here at Cox Radio. Their big day is in May, so I'm trying to woodshed a bit to learn this tune. I want to emulate Jack Jones' vocals as close as I can and I'd love to find a suit like Isaac's from "The Love Boat".

Joe and I have been working on songs ever since I moved back to Oklahoma and I really dig how this little tune turned out.
